Shipping policy

Orders take place in the online store https://sbartstory.com. Your order will be processed within 72 hours after placing the order. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Ordered items will be sent to the customer only after receiving a receipt of payment. 

Shipping is free of charge within Malta & Gozo. 

SB ART STORY creations are also available at L-Artigjana gift shop in Rabat, Malta (73 St Rita Street). If you would like to collect your order from this location, please send me a message on WhatsApp to arrange pickup (+35679044314).

 

International shipping (27 countries in EU):

Weight 1-299g - 7Eur
Free for orders €60.00 and up. 

Weight 300-499g - 12Eur
Free for orders €100.00 and up. 

Weight 500g and up - 20Eur
Free for orders €120.00 and up. 

Delivery: 5-12 business days

Ordered items will be sent using MaltaPost p.l.c services. A tracking number will be provided once the payment has been processed.
